Crushed Avocado and Garlic Toast

This was something I stumbled across whilst trying to be healthy, it almost seems as though smashed avocado on toast is actually a fashion thing at the moment….weird!!!
I found lots of recipes that all had different variations of things on top of the avocado, so I decided to  add in a little trick that my family have been doing for about 10 years.  I rubbed the raw whole garlic clove onto my toasted bread, using my toast almost as if its grating the garlic clove.  Wow!! You have to try  this recipe…

Portion Size:  2 Slices
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time:   as long as it takes to toast your bread!

Ingredients

1/2 Avocado
2 pieces of your chosen bread
1 garlic clove
Pinch of chilli sprinkles (for top)
Pinch of salt
PepperMethod
Peel the garlic clove and prepare the avocado  by removing the skin and making sure it is actually ripe enough to smash up on to toast (you could smash it up in the bowl). Toast the bread for the desired amount of time.
When the toast pops, instantly rub the garlic clove (applying fair pressure) onto  the toast in a grating motion, so that the entire toast appears to be garlic covered.  Smash the avocado onto your toast, followed by the salt, pepper and chilli flakes!
Its so simple yet so tasty!
