Gut Sweet ENERGY Treat

This sweet treat is so delicious thanks to the delicious mix of fruits and underlying taste of winter that the ginger brings. This gets its name from two of the super food ingredients; ginger is proven to aid digestion and help prevent nausea, chia seeds are a friendly bacteria to the intestines to prevent stomach bugs (they also help with energy). Otherwise this is just delicious as a sweet energy pick up!


1 Plum
1 Nectarine
1 Pear
1 Apple
4 cm Piece of Ginger
A handful of spinach
1 tbsp Chia seeds
200 ml WaterBlend for at least 2 minutes. ​
